Northwest Gallery Of Rustic Wildlife Sculptures

Carved Grizzly Sow & Cub - Wood

Thanks for stopping by.... My name is Jeff May, and I've been
creating wood sculptures since 1999. My style and skills have
evolved over the years, but the one thing that I really enjoy is
using a chainsaw. It's most definatly my primary tool, but it's just
one of many tools I use; knives chisles, what ever it takes! One
of the most rewarding aspects of being an artist is installing a
sculpture in a clients home. There is something about wood that
adds warmth and conversation to a clients home.  Although I do use
different types of wood, I primarily use Western Red Cedar due to
its local availability and unique characteristics.
I love to carve just about anything, and I'm usually up for a
challange, so wether your looking for an indoor or outdoor
Sculpture I'd love to talk it over with you. Relief panels, and
architectual accents, custom benches, mantels, and of course
any one of a number of God's creations. Check out the gallery,
where there is various wildlife subjects represented... Grizzly bears,
Eagles, and more. If you find something your interested in, or have
questions about, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
